Pancakes with corn and onions - a simple, tasty dish that is easy to prepare for breakfast or dinner. Oladushki turn out magnificent, golden, and ask in a mouth. Ingredients for Corn and Onion Fritters
- 70 ml of kefir;
- 2 eggs;
- 160 g of wheat flour;
- 20 g butter in the dough;
- 60 g onions;
- 30 g of dill;
- 50 g of parmesan;
- 350 g canned corn;
- paprika, red pepper, dried parsley;
- salt, soda, frying oil, butter.
The method of preparation of fritters with corn and onions
Break fresh chicken eggs into a bowl, pour in kefir at room temperature, add salt to taste.
Kefir in pancakes can be replaced with yogurt or fermented baked milk, any fresh and unsweetened sour-milk product is suitable. Do not use sour dairy products for baking!
Mix the eggs with kefir and salt with a whisk, pour the melted butter. Butter can be replaced with olive or any other vegetable oil.
We mix wheat flour with 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda, sift. Add flour and soda to the liquid ingredients in small portions. Knead a homogeneous dough for fritters, leave for 10-15 minutes.
Soda can be replaced with baking powder.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion head. We chop the greens from the branches of dill, chop finely.
Add chopped onion and dill to the fritters dough. Chives or leeks are also good for filling.
Discard the corn on a sieve, when the liquid drains, add the corn to the dough.
Next, pour grated parmesan or any other hard spicy cheese into a bowl.
We season the dough - pour half a teaspoon of ground paprika, a pinch of red pepper, a pinch of dried parsley, mix thoroughly and you can fry the pancakes.
Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil for frying, spread a small pancake on the pan with a tablespoon, fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
We put it in a slide, between each pancake we put a small slice of butter.
